It's nice to have the old staff back. Both Ronnie and Yvonne obviously have a lot on their plate thanks to the flubs from the previous management and even some of the assholes they let move in here because I've seen many who have no home training and are incredibly disrespectful to Yvonne mostly and Ronnie too. I know those 2 will get Seaside back to where it was headed when they were here before. (PLEASE get rid of the trifling trolls as well!!!)

I have lived here seven years. We have had a history of poor maintenance follow through and help from the front office....
I have lived here seven years. We have had a history of poor maintenance follow through and help from the front office. I can say in the last months that has changed for the better.
My maintenance requests have all been addressed successfully. When Brandon and Michele say they will do something, it is done in a timely way.

We took a shot in the dark when inquiring about this place. We happened to be in the neighborhood, so we popped in. Yvonne was there and very kindly, without an appointment, spoke with us about applying for an apartment. Also Yvonne has been nothing but helpful she went out of her way to get us in here as soon as she could because we told her we sold our home so we were living in a hotel and will until the apartment is ready. Just today we had a maintenance issue and she said she would try very hard to get someone over here today. I figured it wasn't going to happen, but low and behold we got a knock at the door 1 hour before the office shuts down. and he addressed the issue The location is excellent, the rent is reasonable, parking is fine albeit my husband and I only have 1 car, it feels safe here, I am pleasantly surprise the noise level here is very low, the neighbors are great. The surrounding community is awesome. All around I love it here

I visited Seaside a few days ago and met with a lady named Evaughn. She welcomed me into her office, asked a few questions to find out what I like, and showed me a nice 2 bedroom home. She answered all my questions thoroughly and even answered ones I didn't ask! You can definitely tell that she knows what she's doing because she even addressed my fear about whether I'd qualify or not. I put my application in that same day and soon will be moving in!! I honestly didn't think it was possible for Seaside to get a staff who actually takes care of the place but Ms. Yvonne and Ronnie have blown me away! I've heard for years that the parking lots were going to get done and as soon as the 2 of them came to Seaside, they got it done! Now they're getting the buildings re-done, I mean this place is really turning around! I wish they were here sooner tho...
